Hotfixes (v0.1.1)

Hey all!
I made a couple quick fixes for the game:
- The mouse should not escape the game as easily/permanently in the web version
- Added a delay to letting the user restarting the game so it doesn't happen as easily
I still have some more time to fix bugs today so if you see anything let me know!
